1. When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping usually takes:

2. Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at [hello@aeris.skin], and we’ll gladly resend your tracking information.
3. My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
Sometimes carriers take a few days to update tracking info, especially during holidays or customs checks.
Don’t worry — your order is still on its way! If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
4. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes, we do! If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Just send a clear photo of the issue to [hello@aeris.skin ], and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund immediately.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order.
After that, your order is usually processed and shipped, so we may not be able to modify it — but we’ll always do our best to help!
7. What payment methods do you accept?

8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, contact us and we’ll check availability.
9. Is the product safe for all skin types?
Yes — our products are dermatologist-tested, cruelty-free, and suitable for all skin types.
If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test first.
10. I forgot to apply my discount/free gift code. Can you still apply it?
